Creation of mailers, digital content, internal announcements/events creatives for Kick off or other CDI internal events.
Product repository- update (AC/Ref/SDA)
Creation of Owners Manual, Carton Boxes Design, other product design mandatories.
Display Modules, Event Modules, POP resizing, revisions, calendar.
Help manage 3rd Party agencies, including creative/design and social media agencies.
Help manage and maintain a pool of suppliers for printing, photography, video production, etc.
Help manage and coordinate all materials to be placed in Condura digital platforms with stakeholders (i.e. CIC, CLS, CCAC, Concepstore, etc.).
Make sure that the materials created by the other units are aligned with the Condura brand design identity and guidelines (i.e. color, dimensions, tonality, images, etc.)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 3 years of design and copy experience in a client-side or agency role with focused experience in content creation within an advertising or marketing context.
Proficiency in translating big ideas into campaign ideas and design perspective, which may include: advertising (above the line media, digital, brand merchandise), in-store, events
Experience in partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.

Always on content creation: post creation / visual / copywriting (non-agency creatives: weekly SEO articles: Ref and AC, announcements, )Help in the creation and management of all digital content and creative requirements (including graphic posts, videos, infographics, audio files etc.)Make sure that all brand and product assets (photos, specs, dimensions, prices, and other information) in all digital platforms are correct and aligned/approved by PMs and BMs.
Assist in overseeing implementation of creative content within the communication platforms by creative agency to build and strengthen CONDURA’s digital eco-system: owned (website) earned (digital PR) shared (social media, dealer websites), paid (digital, above the line, activation), making sure that content and messaging are seamless and aligned).
