Project Management Specialist

Location: Laguna

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Completion per product and specifications
  • Provide Launch Report, QRB/PRB materials
  • Plan for and resolve unexpected delays, production issues or schedule recovery options.
  • Ensures that project is within timeline and is in parallel with the passport protocol.
  • Carrying out risk assessments. Use systems and structures to keep track of people and process.
  • Review project budget such as capex, FOB and std cost per milestone of the project.
  • Responsible for delivering new products initiatives that build business through successful start-up in the manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Assists in implementing permanent solutions 9project-based) to production, capacity, quality, delivery and safety issues of the manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Must be a graduate of any 5-year engineering course preferably BS. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering graduate.
  • Knowledgeable of project management specifically in new product development including creation of product manuals; has basic knowledge of quality systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of research and development disciplines and practices; has experience in working closely with marketing group
  • Must process effective planning, organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of basic computer applications; well driven and focused in process efficiency and results.

This role will be responsible for all aspects of Project Management and OEM New Product Launch in Concepecion Durables Inc.

Execute Passport Protocol Process. Leads Launch Team and other related functions for the implementation of new products. Develop and execute Project Management Plan strategies to achieve the capability development plan set out by the project’s opportunity, concept, specifications, test plans and its qualifications
