RPA Sr. Developer

Location: Metro Manila

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct RPA High Level Assessments
  • Work with the Senior RPA Solutions Architect to develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility
  • Develop the Project Charter and high-level plans for RPA implementation projects
  • Work with the Senior RPA Solution Architect and project managers to formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies
  • Work with the Senior RPA Solution Architect and project managers to manage full life cycle implementations
  • Provide continuous feedback to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project implementation.
  • Lead workshops for client education.
  • Assist and drive the team by providing oversight.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, graduate of IT, Management or Engineering courses or equivalent
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Systems Analysis, Process Design and Integration, RPA Business Analysis role: Analysis, Process Design & Integration related role
  • Training and certifications in systems analysis, process design and related process improvement methodology

The main objective of the RPA(Robotics Process Automation) Developer is to design, build, and implement RPA systems by effectively applying RPA development techniques and standards that drive high quality results. The RPA Specialist works side by side with the Business Analyst in documenting process details and assists the engagement team in implementing & testing the RPA solution.

Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy

Work with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

Develop Detailed As-Is Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document), Detailed To-Be Automated Process Description – SDD (Solution Design Document)
