Follows the standards and protocols for effective account and channel management
Executes strategic business plans for building sustainable and profitable relationships with assigned accounts
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with assigned accounts through regular consultation, meetings, store visits, and business reviews
Complies with all operating procedures for assigned geography
Follows the established forecasting standards and protocols to ensure accurate forecasts per account
Completes all required reports at the required timeframe and quality level
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Account Management.
Preferably experience working in Appliance Retail Industry
Preferably from Cebu

Analyzes external trends and historical performance intensively to identify opportunities of growth and improvement for assigned accounts. Develops, executes sales strategies for assigned accounts based on agreed strategies and workplan. Regularly review accounts’ sales performance and suggests corrective measures when needed.
Monitors and tracks discounts. Manages all resources of the account – including promotion budget, strategic fund and ensures spending is within agreed allocation. Evaluates spending against plan and desired return.
