SAP Basis Lead

Location: Metro Manila

Key Responsibilities

  • Team lead responsible for performance analysis & troubleshooting for SAP HANA / SAP ERP systems.
  • Back Ground job Scheduling and monitoring.
  • Technical lead, establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation.
  • Team lead familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Technical Lead and adviser in gathering and analyzing the requirements and specifications to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs.
  • Must have teamwork mentality and ability to work as a part of a distributed team,
  • Strong aim to learn and share new technical knowledge


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses
  • Preferably on a Lead role
  • At-least 3 years of experience administrating and supporting SAP ERP/SAP4Hcapplication running on Windows and MSSQL.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC, BI, CRM, HANA, GRC
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

The SAP basis lead has the responsibility for keeping all your SAP environments stable and secure.
Checking system logs on a daily basis, differentiating between minor issues and serious problem to prevent costly outages that affect end-users.

Strong verbal/written communication with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to lead resources and multiple projects simultaneously as needed.
