FP&A Sr. Specialist – Business Analytics

Location: Laguna

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Management Reports and recommends KPIs to improve performance.
  • Evaluates business requirements, identify resources of data and use business intelligence tools (i.e.Power B.I) to create rich solutions to critical business and financial questions.
  • Identify and recommends potential data sources and solutions, and develop customized reports, analyses and/or data visualization for problem solving.
  • Participates in Key Projects needed to support overall business requirements towards growth, process improvements and technology advancement.
  • Bridges the gaps/requirements between Cost Accounting and FP&A and other functional groups by developing standardized reports, dashboards and self-service access to critical information
  • Identify and design processes that ensure data integrity and accuracy across the entire PSD organization

Requirements

  • BS Accountancy, BS Management, BS Management Engineering. MBA or CMA
  • Business planning and budgeting; value chain analysis; forecasting and demand management
  • Must be Technology Savy, Knowledgeable in Planning, Forecasting and with Strong Project Management skills
